Great news, we are now Delivering ‘6 Days a Week’ to Melbourne Metro customers.
We continue to deliver Monday through to Fridays to our regional customers.
Deliveries are made between 6am-6pm.
The below chart will show you your delivery day based off the day and time you place your order:

All of our products are packaged inside iPantry-branded boxes and will include freezer packs where required for frozen items.
Customers can now pick up their orders here at our Sunshine West location. With our new click and collect service you are able to order in advance or even for same day pick up. With our opening hours being from 8am to 7pm you never have to worry about being stuck in a bind again.
At this stage this is something that we do NOT offer please reach out to us via email for more information.
At the moment we don't offer time slot selection for deliveries.

As we don't offer time slots for delivery, we often can't provide an ETA as this depends on a number of factors
What is the cut off time for deliveries?
Cut off times for next day delivery are 2pm sharp! Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following day and will be delivered the day after.
There are slightly different delivery rules for orders placed on the weekend as we do not deliver on Sundays currently.
The below table will help highlight when your delivery will be made based off the cut off you make.

You will receive a text message the night before your order is due to arrive, followed by two text messages on the day with up-to-date information on the status of your delivery.
We deliver to Melbourne Metro suburbs as well as some regional cities.
We're constantly expanding our delivery areas, so keep an eye out.
If you're not at home when your order arrives, our driver will try to get in touch with you to ask if there's somewhere that they're able to leave your order.
On the rare occasion where we're unable to contact you, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place and if one isn't available, they will return that to our warehouse to organise re-delivery.
As we are a purely digital company, no packing slips or receipts will be included in your order.
You can download a PDF copy of your invoice in your order confirmation email.
At this point, we're unable to collect empty iPantry boxes, however, these are recyclable.
iPantry attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, iPantry does not warrant that the Goods and Services supplied by iPantry are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a Good or Service offered by iPantry is not as described, our liability to you shall be limited an iPantry Gift Card for that Good or Service or provision of the Service again, alone.
If your product is damaged or short-stocked, we will issue an iPantry Gift Card. Otherwise, our products and services are non-refundable.
All Goods and Services are non-refundable unless in accordance with these terms or where required by law or otherwise identified in any refund policy published by iPantry in existence from time to time.
To the extent permitted by law, in the event that iPantry is found to be liable to you, our liability shall be limited to an iPantry Gift Card of amounts paid by you to iPantry a replacement of the goods or services supplied, or re-performance of the services supplied.
At this time, we offer PayPal and direct card payments.
At this time we don't have the ability to change a product in our mix packs or gift boxes, however you can 'build your own' gift box - just click HERE to visit our gifting page!
At this stage, we do not currently offer customisation - but this is something we are working on implementing in the near future.

All of our invoices are sent digitally, so just look for your order email and follow the link to download a copy of your PDF invoice.

Simply visit www.ipantry.com.au, scroll to the bottom of the home page and enter your email address into the subscribe box which is located in the bottom right corner.

Once you have completed these steps you will be able to select the "CHECK OUT" button & continue the process.
